There is no useful single 2026 fee for every Amazon marketplace. Category, price, dimensions, returns and payout timing determine the outcome. EU announcements and US programme changes must be assessed separately in the relevant account.
Build two views
First, calculate unit contribution by store and ASIN: net order revenue less product, selling, fulfilment, storage, expected returns and advertising costs. Compare actual charges before and after a dated change. Second, map order, payout and supplier payment dates to understand working capital. A better margin does not itself finance the next order.
Monthly controls
Reconcile fee previews with booked charges and cluster differences by ASIN. Review product dimensions and category classification against real product facts. Segment products after returns and advertising. Test changes to price, packaging, ads and fulfilment individually, including their demand effect. See inventory and cash flow and selling fees.
Our FBA and inventory work joins the calculation to replenishment. Talk to us about your ten largest SKUs.
